Nice flying! I'm thinkin on entering into the fpv world and your videos have sold me this drone. I'm going to get one as soon as I can, but will be going onto the more budget area and get a thumb pro instead of a insta360. It's cool to find videos made with this drone that aren't an unboxing and a review haha

This seems to be the best value fpv quad from my years of research.. I did love the dm002 from banggood as it was $50nzd with a transmitter and upgradable but banggood stopped making them.

I get flight shakes always and I fly regular dji camera drones. Even just flying around a neighborhood I get so nervous and shake like I’m up to no good doing something wrong, hahaha

What is the video in the video from? The caddx ant which seems to come with it, the nano2 (in which case did you mod it to switch it out?) or the insta go 2 in which case I guess it preforms ok with it? Thinking about getting this and it would be nice to know how you get such good looking video!!!

Oops just saw you say later on its the insta, do you think it would work ok with my hero 4 session (it does weigh 3x (75vs25) so I doubt it :()

@@joshrayner7167 i did upgrade the fpv camera to the nano2 and use a go2. I think the session would be a bit too heavy and throw off the center of gravity off too much for freestyle flying but may be good for a slow cinematic flight. I am currently using a runcam thumb which does have less quality than the go2 but it flies much better

My 4k tiny go camera doesn't record at all. always make clips of 1 sec , 30 secs or 5 secs. I don't know why can't record as 5 min I have program. do you know why is it ¿? I’m first guess would be that there’s an issue with the SD card. It has to be at U3 Class 10 SD Card

What setup are you using for the vtx and antenna. I’m asking cus my babyape has no range out of the box. What do you recommend for upgrades

@@mehdiaouiguer2559 i went the crossfire route and put the crossfire sixty9 vtx/receiver combo with a trueRC lollipop antenna. I think it was the best upgrade I’ve done to it

If you want something a little more mellow and easier to manage in smaller areas, absolutely I think it’s a great option to get into 3” toothpick style drones

It is better i thought for flying around . It is so smaller and quieter and not reckless as a 6s freestyle around other peoples property . And batteries are cheaper . I put a 800mW vtx and crsf rx . Just wondering when those motors break .

Nice flying! I have BabyApe Pro too, but you definitely have more skill (and balls 😀) than me. I'm learning, though... What mount do you use for GO2? I got the (only) one from thingiverse and I have problem with jello. It seems you have better one...

Thank you! And it’s funny you say that because I just broke my mount before this so for this video I just cut up a little piece of foam to sit on top and cradle the go2 and have it all held in place with rubber bands 😂 I too am looking for a good replacement right now. But I do know the key is to soft mount it

@@Noname50258 V2 iks newer, it has 3,5" props, while V1 has 3". Pro version of V1 has only better camera than non-pro.

Do you have the baby ape pro or just the regular baby ape, I'm looking at buying the rtf version, was wondering if I should stick with regular baby ape or get pro version, o my difference is the camera from what I was seeing , used to have. Tiny hawk until it got destroyed.but have been on the sim ever since

I got the pro, and the camera is noticeably better, but the camera did go out on me pretty quick and I installed a runcam nano I had laying around. Could be just my luck though but I think the pro is worth it just for the better camera

Pro version has much better camera and price difference vs. non-pro is half the price of camera replacement, so I'd suggest you go pro.

I have an issue with the Baby Ape. I have a Crossfire Nano in it fully bound up with my Tango 2, but no stick movement in Betaflight. I have 4 builds with Crossfire and never had a provlem. I've tried everything with no luck. Just wondering if you had any binding issues with it and if you had a solution. Thx in advance 👊

Did you get it going ? I put crsf in my baby ape . You set up channels in your tx ? You set the right uart ? Check solder connections ?
