Incase anyone was wondering every first gear side load garbage truck arm does not work it just comes that way(i guess its not meant too) But they're is a way to modify it but unfortunately you have to pull one of the hydraulic arms out of the socket to make it dump all the way.

I'm glad now that i watched this video before I bought one, all it takes is one compartment to screw the whole fun up truck looks like a trophy but if the arm won't go all the way up that takes the fun out of the whole truck i bought a mack rear loader the compactor on the back won't even go halfway

These trucks look great, but they weren’t made to function. Of the four types of trucks (rear load, side load, front load, and roll off) the front load truck is the most functional. The arm actually moves all the way like it should. I’m glad my video was able to help, thanks for watching!

Does the packer on this one work or it doesn't function completely?

The packer is nonfunctional

I believe that version of the model has a defective arm and was recalled, that could explain why the arm does not fully go up.

That definitely would explain it. I have had this truck in my collection for about 8 years now and had no idea there was a recall.

The compactor does not work, it is stationary.
