First Generation: The Life of a Lao Refugee

Watch Orange County Musician, Tic Norasingh, tell his story about leaving Laos to escape persecution. The video was produced by his son Takoune Norasingh as part of a school project. We hope all of you are staying safe during these uncertain times and would like to remind the artists who follow our page that sheltering in place shouldn’t stop your creativity.
