Thanks for watching this everyone! I’ve been incredibly lucky for the last 25 years to call golf my job. I got to travel and compete all over the world and work with many coaches and golfers. I’ve always loved learning anything to do with golf and the swing over the years. A lesson with Marcus and the team at GRF was liking going thru the wardrobe into narnia! Absolutely amazing. Marcus as a professional has taken a pretty unique journey with his learning and experiences and I have to say I learned more in 4 hours about why I do what I do than anyone has been able to express before. It makes me want to get better not only as a golfer but a coach. Since the lesson I’ve taken a few clients and friends up to see the team and I can’t recommend it enough folks!

This is my pattern! Load the left side with no where to go. Need to add that extension component. Thank you.

It's always fascinating and helpful for us to see you work with highly skilled golfers. You are amazing. I wish all golf instructors would approach the concepts from the ground up. For now, you're the only one who does that. Thank you, GRF, for being such effective pioneers!

What an amazing lesson. Here’s a former European Tour player who has just learned how to use ground forces correctly. Where he could have been had he met Marcus and GRF sooner? This speaks volumes to the quality of your work and its importance in the golf swing. Continue to educate us. Cheers.

I do wish I’d have found this sooner as it resonates with what I did naturally in my early days. It’s all a journey tho and at the end of the day I’ve always loved golf so no bad time to find it I guess.

Marcus- just want to thank you guys for all the content you provide. Found this channel 3 months ago and it has revolutionized my game. I enjoy playing golf so much more than I ever did before and I strike the ball better than I ever have in my 20 years of playing. If you ever want to visit Myrtle Beach, SC USA (The Golf Capital of the World) - hit me up.

The sound of that WHOOOSH in his practice swing was unbelievable. And it looked so effortless! I have a long way to go...😞

Great stuff this seems to be my problem not being able to use vertical my back leg straight upper body tilt towards target to shift to my left and try to pop but it always seemed late after the hit of course I don’t have his swing ropes that’s a pro 😂 good stuff I’m going to try it

@jimmystewart58 No worries. Let everyone know if it helps you. If you struggle to implement this concept, I can direct you to which GRF videos can help bridge the gap.

Great video! Can you clarify what exactly the main thing to work on/ feel in this case? I have the exact same problem. I max my vertical force at left arm parallel, but never push off. My left hip and knee get external quickly and the force just stays throughout.
