I have an appointment tomorrow and I am supposed to get the exam and Deppo shot and my nexplanon removed. I am extremy nervous and dreading it. should I be worried.

Madison, you can talk to your current primary care physician about the most appropriate time for you, specifically, to visit a gyn. Your existing provider might we be able to continue providing your care.
