Tango - Don't over-plan! Steampunk is all about Shoehorning stuff in. Much like Satisfactory, just remember that "everything is temporary". Especially since you're building out of copper, it's the perfect time to end up with Abandoned, Out-Of-Date contraptions lying around that have aged and rotted. I know you're a planning lover, but SEND IT! Satisfactory style.

Bundles are great for a few things. 1)Adventuring, those blocks like bells, fletching table, etc etc that you always pick up but only ever end up grabbing like 2-5 or so of each. So with 1 bundle, thats one inventory slot, you can hold a handful of each and every crafting station plus. One bundle can hold those 4 potatos, 2 carrots, 8 beetroot, 8 beetroot seeds, and a bunch of other random farmables/foods you come across in your travels while only taking up a single inventory slot. 2)Storage. Unless you are storing stacks and stacks of every "work station" then a single Bundle can hold a handful of each work station for later use, and once again only taking up 1 slot in your storage but freeing up at least a dozen slots the work stations would otherwise take up. Another example is Pottery Sherds and Armor Templates, theres no need to store those in a chest taking up a ton of space when you could put all the Sherds and all the Templates into their own respective bundles. Thats like 20-ish+ items all condensed down to 2 storage slots. Yes i agree the interaction for pick-up, deposit and dump is kind wonky and would benefit Bundles greatly to have an actual gui where you can take things out that you want instead of splattering everything into your inventory for 1 or 2 things then stuffing it all back in. Seeing as thats the only negative to bundles in my opinion, they are great and are super helpful for all those bits and bobs that take up a lot of space but you dont keep many of.

I have the backpack mod. Honestly, i tried the bundle once and that's about as much as i have interacted with that. It's just stupid. If the MC world can have a bundle and shulkers, a backpack should've been part of the game. As usual, the modders carry the game.

Even better: a door with a sign saying "DO3 Plans" and if someone goes in the floor drops out and they fall into a room with a ravager named something like "excessive curiosity". Their stuff gets vacuumed up by a minecart and returned to a chest on the surface, but it triggers an item counter that shows how many people have gone inside.

Suggestion for your layout issues: Take a page out of Bdubs' monolith last season and make the stair cases all one block wide and turn around back and forth. The tightness of it would really sell the house retro-fitted by a steampunk engineer artificer vibe you're creating! You can fill in the walls with all sorts of random blocks and knick-knacks for storing various tchotchkes and misc inventions.

(or maybe i just missed the streams and everything seems new and fun again who knows) but im super excited for season 10 and the factory! i know a lot of people already said it, but it'd be fun to let go a bit of super thorough planning and just wing some of the stuff and the redstone and the builds around it, there's of course satisfaction in seeing something you planned in creative coming to life on the server, but i think there's a certain type of excitement in doing things on the fly without a plan and having them work maybe not super efficiently but in a unique way! but of course you know what works for you better, so please do what makes you happy and less stressed first! take care, can't wait for more streams :D

Building off of the idea of having air ships/giant blimps. If you made them produce the items and drop them into the factory. Lore and functionality would be combined with the factory producing blocks or items with Autocrafters while the air ships deliver the materials produced by the farms within.

Bundles wouldve been so useful for this journey, they can carry 64 of any items that stack to 64, so 64 invidivual items would only take up 1 inventory slot, so you could've kept the rabbit meat, sticks, head, wax, crafting table and what not and it would've just been one inventory space. If the item doesn't stack to 64 it'll only stack with the same stack size, so like you could have a combined 16 snowballs and eggs in a bundle for one inventory slot. It is useless for items that don't stack because then the bundle would immediately be full.

for the player launcher, you could probably modify an afk fishing farm. (ilmango 1.16 AFK Fish Farm For Treasure) when fishing farms were being nerfed, people came up with holding right click afk farms. The idea is once you cast, a fence gate, or noteblock gets pushed into your crosshair, and the right click registers are the fence gate instead of retracting the line. Im not sure whats ideal with ping but i think this is probably the best bet

Hey Tango... not sure if you figured it out, but the reason you were hearing the warden sound so soft is you have the Vanilla Tweaks that decreases the sounds from wardens quite a lot. I know there are other tweaks that lower the sounds of other mobs as well, such as sheep, creepers, cats, cows, etc... though I did spot in your list the vanilla Tweaks for the wardens for sure.
