Can you share what you use for a ranch mix to make ranch dressing?

Just ranch powder (like dip mix, I get the large container at Costco) plus plain non fat greek yogurt! You can often add a bit of water to adjust how thick you want the dressing vs. dip... I show exact recipe in my last Snacks video from a couple weeks ago!

WW doesn’t have a recommendation for pregnancy. I personally chose to switch to health habits while pregnant, and track just M-F… but ultimately listen to my body and it’s needs in pregnancy, focusing on healthy food. Just using the WW app as a tool to help, not strictly follow.

I had a high risk pregnancy both times. The first was because of Turners Syndrome and she sadly passed away., because of the that my 2nd was also high risk which showed markers for Down Syndrome so I opted for an aminocenstis.. which was the longest 15 days of my life waiting. I would of kept her either way but it was terrifying. She didn't have DS. She is now 8! I hope you have a great pregnancy!!! They can be scary sometimes.

When are you due? I’m 25 weeks today, due May 18! I also had to do a second anatomy scan because they couldn’t see baby’s heart or face well. All went well with the second sonogram as well. Glad you had a great appointment! Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy ❤️

It was so weird to hear you say "face pictures;" when I had ultrasounds 24and 25 years ago for my girls, they handed you a black pic with a greyish fuzzy blob that looked like lint, lol! Anyhoo, I am so happy things are going well for you!! 💗
