I can tell you are dropping pounds and eating high protein and less processed sugar starches. When I eat these foods my faces swells. I can tell your face is slimmer.

Yes, we called that goulash. Instead of cheddar cheese in it I’ve used a couple of ounces of 1/3 less fat cream cheese in it to change it up sometimes. It makes it creamy but doesn’t really add that many more calories.

Lauren, I admire you so much! I don't think I have the balance to do a rebounder. I have to just stick to walking. But I did ride a bike around Stanley Park in Vancouver for a total of about 13 miles this weekend. I almost fell on a tight turn, but managed to recover. My husband was so proud of me. One of my favorites is lemon. Take non fat Greek yogurt sprinkle zero sugar lemon jello mix and stir. Add a little and see how you like it before adding more. Then add 2 tbsp or light or fat free cool whip. Mix all together. Lemon mousse. Yummy

I made your cheesecake recipe from a few weeks ago, it’s so good! I made a plain version, then made pumpkin. Subbed 1/2 cup pumpkin puree for 1/2 cup of the yogurt and added pumpkin pie spice and extra cinnamon. Very good!! Going to try a chocolate version next! ☀️☀️☀️
