Ahh…Biarritz, Basque country, the original French Riviera before the Côte d'Azur overtook…At about 8:04 in the video, straight in front in the distance is the Louis XIII-style brick-and-stone Hôtel du Palais, originally build by Napoléon III as a summer home - La Villa Eugénie - for his wife (note the address: 1 Av. de l'Impératrice! And the floor plan is in the shape of an E!). One can find interior shots of the hotel in the 2006 film “Hors de Prix” with Audrey Tautou and Gad Elmaleh. Do you see the vast contrast between the Vietnamese market and the French market? As Vietnamese, I can assure you that Vietnamese can NEVER achieve this kind of cleanliness like the French. And what makes the huge difference of cleanliness and hygiene is the culture.
