Actually we like these kind of cities that are less crowded with tourists. We rarely do touristy stuff, we like hiking and quiet places. But of course we have to explore both sides 😄

You shouldn't put soy sauce into any Vietnamese soup dish at all. Soy sauce usually goes with fried rice dish or other dry dishes like dry noodles, etc...
