Pam is really a great personality..natural..always on the go..great energy.. keep it up guys! always take care and enjoy! the fishballs kwek kwek and others always should have the sweet and chilli sauce.. thats give the taste or that makes it.. tricycle rides a lot cheaper in the provinces.. but always ask the reliable locals first for thr rates..

I move to a little ways north of san carlos a year and a half ago from Chicago. San carlos a great town if you just want you know decent but more laid back style than cebu. Way different chicago but i love it i'm further up the peninsular in the outback area i guess you would call it

Hi Alex thank you for this video. I’ve heard of this province but have never visited and wow you are right it is very clean and not what I would expect it to look like prior to seeing this video. It kind of reminds me of the documentary on 🇷🇼 Rwanda the cleanest country in Africa. That hotel cafe looks very nice and modern. The Oreo cake looked very good! I do miss some of the street food selections you picked I really like fish ball with the brown sauce.

This year..San Carlos city is awarded as a clean tourist city for the 2nd time in succession..no other Philippine City has ever achieved that feat...The city has long been implementing the No Plastic policy..as you may notice..Paper bags are used everywhere..anyone caught using Plastic is subject to Pay fines..and the people are so cooperative which resulted in their city becoming so clean..you can't literally see candy wrappers littered around,in the public market..even at their wet section..they use leaves to wrap or contain goods..as for fishes .customers/people are the ones bringing netbags to put on their purchase..And they have wide parks and numerous football pitches..a very nice place to relax and unwind during nighttime....

Go to Dumaguete or Valencia, you will find many retired expats there. Its one of the old retiree paradise here in the philippines. if you plan to go to the west side of Negros (Occidental - meaning west in spanish) go to the City of Bacolod they speak Ilonggo and Cebuano there.

San Carlos City: 140k population It has 2 Hospitals( a government run and a private one) 2 Solar Power farm(100 megawatts)(1st solar farm in the phls.) 1 ethanol plant(41 million liters/yr.+ 8 megawatts power) 1 biomass plant( 19 megawatts) Almost 20 banking institutions ₱7 billion in Bank deposit per PDIC report It has a Car dealership showroom 2 shopping malls 2 Jollibee and a McDonald's stores 5 college institutions A huge port Good land transport terminal Cheap Agri produce 10 Minutes boat ride to Sipaway island (for those longing for beaches) It's just over two hours bus ride to Bacolod City for those looking for big city life.. Bcolod is the 2nd most populous City in the visayas next to Cebu

I've been 15 years in the Philippines,, in Australia right now, back soon, I worked out in the Philippines you have to go to the markes and buy fresh vegetables ECT and prepare your own salads, coz there's very limited available , SM grocery is awesome they have freshly prepared fruit salads ready to eat,, I love them .I have a small conventional oven, so potatoes in the jackets 1 hour or cut up pumpkin in a small handle less pot ,comes out Awesome, add your own made salad, I eat raw broccoli too with it . Stay healthy man .
