First Impressions: Portland Leather Goods- Laptop Backpack

Love this bag!!! And I love all your little pouches and things. Oh man, the organization is just marvelous. I really love seeing how folks pack their bags. I’ve also been tempted by the Madewell bag, that you shared, for have now for so long long. Have you continued to use it? Still worth it? Thanks for this review! Thank you! I love my Madewell bags. I like having options, but I must say, this new bag, the leather wins over the Madewell Tote. The camera bag one is still nice because it is a smaller bag, so it would be used for different use.

I have the laptop in cognac and the tote backpack in honey. The tote backpack is my edc and I switch out to the laptop when I am traveling. I will say that initially when I got the honey I thought it was very firm, but after having used it every single day for just 2 months it has substantially softened. It is getting the most beautiful patina and I absolutely adore my bag. On the other hand the cognac is strikingly beautiful and my partner thinks the laptop is better looking than the tote. Both bags have been been through the ringer with me, I have STUFFED them and they are quite the workhorses. I hope you enjoy your bag, they really are worth every penny.

Such a cute bag. I have an OLD Portland leather goods large zip tote that I’ve had for ages. It’s all floppy now, broken in just right. ☺️ Your bag is so tempting though. I do love a good backpack purse too.

I haven’t tried Portland leather yet but I really want one of their zip top totes. I have just been trying to decide between the Galen Leather undyed tote (because pen loops❤️) or the Portland Leather. This backpack is so cute! I’m kind of worried Portland Leather will become a Chic Sparrow sized rabbit hole for me. 😬

That's a tough decision. I usually make a pro/con list to help decide these things. Galen Leather is another company whose products I enjoy, so I see why it would be hard to decide. :)
