First Impressions: SVED Optical Inserts for the Custom Oakley Sutro Lite Prizm Road

I wish they were more contoured with the Oakley lens. I have a Sutro and they fit my face perfectly. I just measured that space and my eyes would touch the SVED lens. Great Idea, but no go for me.

Thanks for the review. I have a set on order from Sved. Are you using a cheap filter to protect your camera lens? I'm seeing lots of reflections.

did you get the anti glare? i’m debating if i should get these or not and idk if i should get the anti glare or not

I called Oakley who has no affiliation with SVED optical and will make no money from my SVED optical purchase and they said that they would recommend me going with the antiglare. They said that the antiglare adds a separate beneficial function to what their glasses offer. So I did. Mine are arriving today.

How do you like it so far? Isn't the insert still not too close to your eyes? Does the insert make any scratches on the Sutro? Thanks!

I just received mine. They don’t touch my eyelashes, but they definitely touch against my eyebrows. Not much of a problem, unless you have a habit of frowning constantly. Other than that, they’re quite good. I can finally see clearly now.

@@So_Real I want ones that don't tough my eyebrows because I want to use these for cycling...when I'm sweating, since they connect at the eyebrows, sweat will drop onto the lenses and if you're going fast enough it will dry and then make your vision blurry, it's super annoying

@@Silidons91 My main use for them IS cycling. I also often find myself wearing them casually however. For me personally what you’ve described hasn’t been an issue.
