I agree, more ways to cultivate a vine/flower on your current target in single target fights is definitely missing from the tree (activating rotational and short cooldown buttons to grow a vine/flower on the target as an on paper example; or the more bleeds/hots you have on a target the higher the proc chance on that same target). It did feel very M+ focused when I was reading it yesterday, plus it would be very thematic to the tree from a lore perspective, a Druid tending to/cultivating the natural flora of the world to fight their enemies with. Personally I want to be flooding the field with vines.

This seems like the more newbie friendly hero talents vs Druid of the Claw, there's not a lot of new rotational stuff to worry about (if any). Just do your rotation and get some extra dam!

My though is that Root Network will completely depend on proc chance... If you can just Primal Wrath 15 targets and DCR some, Feral being already an uncapped spec, this could be totally out of control damage amp and we'll end up with feral being in the first WarWithin MDI and then getting kneecapped.

They will probably target cap Vines and/or use a RPPM proc system to limit this but yeah even when this happens these abilities still do better in AOE. I'm not too worried about it being out of control in AOE, but the design does seem to lean into AOE for sure.

But Feral Frenzy window doesn't matter, since it's the tier set bonus which will be gone next xpac? Or are you talking about the baseline ability

Baseline ability still does good dmg, so it's nice to have the guaranteed 10% amp every time you use it, and can potentially pair with Convoke/Berserk if/when it lines up.
