Hi All, York supporter here, Neal knows this division really well and when he first joined us he made us a lot harder to beat. We drew a lot of games but towards the end of his reign he was paying way too much respect to the opposition and his tactics went ridiculously negative with shots on goal drying up. He is a good manager though but you must give him time and allow him to build his side. The pressure at our place and the sheer number of misfit players we had simply didn't work for him and he ended up a bit snow blind. Decent guy though so I hope he works out well for you.

I’m reserving judgement at present. He was sacked by York & seems to have been unemployed since then! I wish him well, but I reserve judgement, as I would any new manager coming in.

I'm glad Woking have chosen a proven manager we need that to get out of the position we are in
