I loved Cervia IM. I was lucky to get 2nd in my AG and i loved every moment, every mile and every volunteer.

I can sense the happiness and proud feeling through your narration. You spoke the experience for all those who are not afraid of setting the limits higher! Congratulations on your great finish!

Thank you for that. I tend to struggle with feeling accomplished and always wanting progression. It’s nice to be able to capture the moments of genuine happiness to reflect back on. That’s a big purpose of making videos like this for me.

Really interesting point about the drafting. I understand your frustration and i'd feel the same way!

As a competitor its tough to see advantages taken against the rules. At the end of the day we can only worry about our own performance though, which i was certainly pleased with! Thanks for watching!

You’ve got incredible talent in this sport. For this to be your first Ironman going sub 10 while injured is incredible. Keep up the hard work because you can go far if you’d like. Well done

Loved many of the points you mentioned, the jelly fish was not an issue for me either however, the Tour of Italy was definitively passing thru Cervia that day. Loved the race and relieving the memories with your video. Congrats on your PR - Amazing result!

Thank you! I was definitely stressing the jellies leading up to the race, and just had to laugh while swimming with em 😂

Amazing, my HR was rising, leasing it your story. My question is, where do you stay in Cervia or where is the best place to stay. I want to do it 2024. I did Two Ironman's (Oklahoma 2022-23) 12:55 Congratulations in your amazing performance.

Thanks for watching! We stayed in Cervia via an AirBnB, probably 10 minutes from the race venue. Worked out very well. We also traveled to Rome, Florence, and Venice and used Airbnbs for those locations as well.

Congratulations! How did you find getting medical clearance? Was it difficult to get? I’ve signed up for the 70.3 in Italy and that part is making me extremely nervous
@Tri_Effort Жыл бұрын
Real simple. I just printed out the medical certificate template on the Ironman site and had my doctor sign/stamp it. I was getting a yearly checkup at my doctors anyways so I just threw that in there. It’s a very basic certificate that just says “________ is healthy to compete in triathlon competition” more or less.
