Hi Peter . As far as easy editing programmes go , the old windows 7 had a good easy one but is no longer supported . All the rest i looked at take a bit to learn how to drive them . I use Wondershare Filmora & that took a bit to understand , but now i find it quick & easy to use . As long as you keep to the basics ! 👍

Hey Max. I have tried a few different editing softwares including Wondershare. Maybe I just don't have enough interest in making KZbin videos to make it worthwhile spending time to edit ?? But, of course I'm basically asking for an editing software that needs very little effort which seems pretty much impossible ?? Thanks so much for watching and sharing some ideas on editing videos. 🙂👍

@swanvalleymachineshop Talking to Aaron ( Aaron's Engineering) He gave me some idea what he has to go through to edit one of his videos. I get the feeling he has gone through the same thoughts as me to whether it's really worth the effort for the amount of time involved ?? It can be fun posting videos on KZbin. But, when you consume so much of your own time to make it happen.. You would have to ask the question: Is it really worth the effort 🤔 I'm sure this is the reason why we don't see much of Aaron now..

Hey Sunil. Definitely not cutting the ACME threads on the Manual Lathe anymore. Thankful for that 👍 Not sure about the Hollow Bars ?? I might have mentioned something about it previously. But, I can't recall what we were talking about ?? It's a part I have been manufacturing for a few years now and I always had a drama supplying material for the part ??

+1 on your materials rack. Way more organized than me. As for editing software I am using an old windows program that is no longer available, so don't know what to tell you on that.

A few people mentioned Windows when I asked the question about Editing Software ?? I guess my enthusiasm would grow about Editing if my channel got a bit more interest. But, saying that, it sort of goes hand in hand with growing a KZbin channel. Most people who post will Edit a video before posting. But, at the same time, I have seen a few channels who spend lots of time Editing and only gain a small following for their efforts ?? I guess it's a personal thing. Some people really enjoy Editing. For me, it's more about having time ?? It's tough enough finding time to make a video without the need for Editing. I do like to keep a tidy shop. Something that makes me crazy when it's not tidy and organised. Much the same with my Machines. As the saying goes. Work Smart. Not Hard 🙂👍 Thanks for taking the time to watch this video and for sharing your thoughts about what I could do about Editing. Hopefully I can organise something soon .

Totally understand. You have to find the proper balance of filming and editing to keep making videos fun. If it becomes cumbersome you don't want to do it. Also sometimes you just want to get a project done and not spend 3 times longer doing it while filming it.@@weldmachine

@hilltopmachineworks2131 You mentioned my exact thoughts. Making time to do the job and make a video about it 🤔 Sometimes, I am already under the pump to get the job done. Between tight timelines and organising materials 😬 The only chances I have to make my normal shoot and post videos is when I should be actually doing the job 😅 I already feel guilty enough wasting time when I should be working 🙄 Hopefully, as I get myself more organised this year, I can start posting a few more, hopefully Edited videos. I do enjoy posting videos. It's just difficult to find the time ??
