When you said "Its kinda giving Florence" I smiled lol, because she is Ethel's biggest hero and the reason she started doing music. She said the only way to escape her trauma and hell hole of a life was to imagine being a singer like florence on a big stage. A few days ago she opened the show for Florence in Denver. And they sang a song together. Full circle moment!

^ & Also there’s a lovely photo of her meeting florence at a concert at the barrier with them holding each other. Went to see ethel last night and she was amazing, and spent so much time at the barrier and making eye contact with the whole audience, the way she connects is beautiful.
