Hello, nice to see you for first time and with a reaction to ABBA songs After the extraordinary success with "Waterloo" it took a long time for ABBA to ratify this success and demonstrate that the victory at Eurovision was not going to be a lucky and isolated success. ABBA were so popular that they jointly held the record(with Led Zeppelin) for 36 years, for the most consecutive No.1 albums (8) in the UK(even more than The Beatles!) until recently surpassed by Eminem......ABBA were that good. They sold hundreds of millions of albums and had huge hits with 'Dancing Queen' ....'The Winner Takes it All' ....'Fernando' and many, many more....Well worth reacting to more of their songs.

I see it like that: 1. "I Do I Do I Do I Do I Do" is their wedding song, 2. "Knowing Me, Knowing You" is there break up/separation song, 3. "The Winner Takes It All" is their divorce song.

ABBA has so many good songs, but this of is not the one best, probably not top50 in my own private list. Try anything else with Abba. Romantic - The Name Of The Game or Fernando. Dance kind - Gimme, Gimme, Gimme or why not Lay All Your Love On Me. Dancing Queen is the most famous one.

Not necessarily my favourite ABBA song. For me a bit too "mainstream" and also the arrangement lacks the typical ABBA "surprise moments". Not really bad, of course perfectly mixed but a bit boring.
