This is the song that lead me on my ABBA journey. I had heard them on the radio singing Hasta Manana and loved the sound then while at an Agricultural Show and Fair my Mum saw them singing this song on a sideshow tv and I was hooked. A lot of diehard ABBA fans don't hold this song in high regard but to me it was my introduction to my favourite group/singers of all time.

Thanks for my 3nd dose of ABBA for the day. Great song, great clip for the upcoming holiday. Love the clips where the camera guys don't just focus on Agnetha. The girls knew what they were doing with those dresses. But it was done tastefully and just adds to the magic.

Hello, nice to see you again with another reaction to ABBA songs After the extraordinary success with "Waterloo" it took a long time for ABBA to ratify this success and demonstrate that the victory at Eurovision was not going to be a lucky and isolated success. "I do I do I do I do I do" was one of the songs that they tried in England it did not enter the Top 30 the surprise was in Australia, which gave them their first # 1 there and "Mamma Mía" happened to him with another # 1 in England when seeing that event they published "S.O.S." and picks #6 in U.S. they first edited S.O.S. and reached #15 on Billboard, followed by "I do I do I do I do I do" with another #15 And ABBA's series of global successes will already be continuous I think that this video is from a perfomance in US TV 1975, when ABBA sing S.O.S. before this The ladies using cat dresses, was an ABBA classic and icónic costumes from this year, Agnetha & Frida are beautiful and sexys this song is a beautiful melody, I think it reminds of the 60s, the voices and harmonies of the girls Agnetha and Frida are perfect, the song leaves a happy feeling "I do I do I do I do I do" is on their third album called literally "ABBA" together with "Mamma Mía" and "S.O.S." in that same album there is also a very happy song: "Bang a Boomerang" that I suggest it for your reactions (added to the same "Waterloo") See you later in next videos I wish You a great weekend Best regards from Argentina

It's known as "German Schlager" and there are (still) so many (oh, sooo many) bad examples! But this is just fantastic!

Speaking of those dresses maybe you should watch So Long the version on the Swedish Export video?

The perfect wedding song. 5, 'I do's', no less. This was their next big single, (other than in the UK, for some reason), after their success with, 'Waterloo.' It's a very happy song, as you say. A simple, 'love song', that's very effective. It gets a lot of criticism, but I've got a bit of a soft spot for this one. Another one that I remember in a similar vein is, 'That's Me', which was the B side to, 'Dancing Queen.'

One of these days you will see the movie Mama Mia where all their hits are rolled into a corny story. When you get to this song, you might be quite surprised what performer sings this particular song.

Great song. The girls loved wearing those cat outfits. You see them in it many times. It has a long skirt that could be taken off to reveal the much shorter skirt. Frida actually designed it.

Hi Harri, that's a good song to start the weekend with. Oh boy, ABBA has so many hits - but also many unknown songs, but just these are the true hit songs for me (so partly). Have a nice weekend!

Hi Harri, love your reaction channel I just came across it when you reacted to Elvis. I watched loads of the beatles and Abba reactions you did. I just read Abba are releasing 2 new songs this year that was delayed because of the pandemic . The songs are " Still have faith in you" and "Dont shut me down " . Also late last year they got together filming for their hologram tour . They are looking at 2022 to launch the tour as part of their 50th anniversary.

Has the feel of that old European musical Schlager tradition that influenced them greatly. Some may find it a bit too cheesy for their tastes. I can imagine U.S tastes would be a little less kind to it.

I liked ABBA once they'd got a couple of decent singles under their belts, but c'mon this is just bubblegum fluff at it's worst! A kind of Swedish Brotherhood Of Man.

I don't know where you originate from, but this is actually swedish "dansband" music. It's a long standing, popular genre in Sweden and Norway.
