@@Trygvar13 in terms of rock n roll i’ve always viewed the 80s as the start of the rock downfall. once rock became glam and started mixing with pop music you knew things were coming to an end. that’s why grunge is considered the movement that kicked rock back into gear. nothing tops the first wave of classic rock late 60s early 70s. don’t get me wrong the 80s were fun but the music had no substance all people cared about was getting hits and making catchy music with not much substance. every hair metal song is about women and drugs and pretty much all hair bands are derivative of each other and sound the same. and again i’m speaking very generally abt the decade. I know some bands like Rush where some of their greatest material is in the 80s. but overall i think 70s, in terms of songwriting, was just better. maybe it’s because of the era, a war had just ended, but even the pop music in 70s like disco has more substance than glam bands

@@dylancole1910 Synesthesia is a neurological experience in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway (for example, hearing) leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway (such as vision or in this case taste). Simply put, when one sense is activated, another unrelated sense is activated at the same time. This may, for instance, take the form of hearing music and simultaneously sensing the sound as swirls or patterns of color.

So glad to be back watching your reactions. Been gone several months due to a heart attack and someone broke into my truck and stole my phone. Trying to remember everyone I used to subscribe to for their reactions isn't easy. But I found my way back!

The 80s were a blast, I was in high school from 80 to 84 in Sacramento Ca. The entire decade kicked out so many great bands and they all played there.

Brand, that lady of your says some of the funniest, off the wall things, when describing music videos. Lexi when it comes to things going on in our world 🌎 you are mind blowing, with how ARTICULATE and well spoken you are. You are so dialed in to reality. I love the looks your man gives you, when he hears you describe the FLAVOR of Hubba Bubba bubble gum a song gives you. P.S. you both are my favorite that YOU TUBE has to offer. You two are AWESOME. I PRAY THE LORD BLESSES YOU AS THE COUPLE YOU ARE.

70’s and 80’s were by far the best music decades. I feel very lucky to have grow up during those decades. HS 80-84 and college 84-88. 8 tracks, cassettes, vinyl. It was awesome

there was sort of a Led Zeppelin revival in the mid late 80s. David Coverdale was oft accused of copying Robert plant, and the violin bow was an homage to Jimmy Page. There was also a band named "Kingdom Come" that sounded like Led Zeppelin, also "Bonham" sounded like LZ...but it was all good stuff and I hope you explore it all...love your channel guys

The tour for this album was my first concert. It was incredible, and Great White wasn't a bad opener. And yes, 1987 was pretty fun. I graduated high school that year.

I grew up in the eighties. Graduated in the eighties. Big hair rock? That was huge. The 80s dance music like cool in the gang etc. that were great they also had a lot of what we called new wave. Tears for Fears, simple minds. I loved the 80s it was a great time. Never heard all the gender and race etc. etc. etc. I thought everybody got along very well myself

I was a kid in the 80's. The 80's was nothing but hustle Hustle HUSTLE all the time. Everyone was always doing something. Everyone was always alive. You never saw anyone sitting around doing nothing looking sad while getting fat. Outdoor activities was way more active in those days, like Arcades, movie theaters, park events. A lot of people worked out in those days because the popular celebs in those days were all physically fit, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sly Stallone, Olivia Newton John, Prince, Sheena Easton and many more. Celebs like Seth Rogen and Lizzo would have never been top stars in the 80's because obesity and out of shape was looked down on.
