My former husband owned a Hilux, I thought it was his at first when I saw the plate ended in 609Y but his reg was AHN 609Y. We called it Tonka as it was bright yellow but was also chopped short after the back wheels. Ours was also the single cab and it drank fuel at an alarming rate as it was a 2.0l PETROL. 100% geared for pulling a load it was super thirsty. For that reason we didn't keep it long. My husband had to make some pedal extenders for me as my legs/feet were too small.

Tim I will like to formally thank you for teaching all of us about the life of trucking through your videos. You are truly a blessing and educate the next generations you are truly making your own legacy already

Hi Tim, not been a subscriber for very long but I have always had a keen interest in trucking. I started the learning process 4 years ago and for whatever reason I never finished it. fast forward 2 years and I ended up with my cat D licence (Bus, Coach) I really loved doing the job I'm in now but the love has started to die. Watching your video's has inspired me to finally get it done and since the new law change with car drivers going straight for Class 1 I'm even more motivated. With my bus license I struggled with the MOD 2. I have always struggled with case studies and anything theory really... I'm more of a hands on kinda guy. Basically I'm looking for any kind of advice that you or any of your other subscribers could pass onto me when it comes to MOD 1 and 2 cause it's safe to say I'm bricking it 😅 Thanks in advance for any help that you or fellow subscribers can give me. P.S. Keep up the amazing content it's so fun and refreshing watching your content and your attitude towards your craft also your content with Sean is some of my favourites. You two should honestly do stand up together Thank you!! Friendly New Subscriber

@Tim Look at clear PPF paint protection film over the areas that going get abused have two layers put on high risk areas then can peal layer off if need two. 3M film installed correctly can last 5 to 10 years. I’m Sure Darren will like idea 😂😂😂

Another amazing video Tim. Good start on the interior😮 strip out, have you broke the bill to Mrs TT. Best part of video is when Shaun christened your new trailer, by putting the wrecker on it & then stretching it by strapping it down.

Tim, now that you own a new trailer, why don't you get a security frame made for your number plate or use some security number plate screws to prevent theft Get some polypropylene wear pads stuck down with 3M VHB where the ramps sit to prevent chipping

Hi Tim, I just watched Nipper's video (2nd part of TEKNO 2024) and saw him and Andy with their trucks next to a Dutch windmill. It gave me an idea. Aren't you going to Truckfest Assen this summer? Do you think it would be possible to make some pictures of your stunning truck next to one of the windmills that are a part of my family history? They're in Windesheim and Veessen, not far from Zwolle. The mill in Veessen is along a nice, but quite narrow road. I'm not even sure if lorries are allowed there. The windmill in Windesheim is much easier to reach. I'd be pleased to see those pictures, if possible.
