Surprising how expensive Civic is in Asia vs. USA. I recently bought a 2020 Civic Sedan Sport version (2 liter non-turbo, 18" alloys, upgraded suspension, manual transmission (can get with CVT) for $22k USD. I think the ride and handling are outstanding. Build quality excellent (mine was made in Canada). Maybe because people in US buy 300,000 Civics a year we get a big price break. To me it feels like a $30k car anyway.

I think the price is justifiable for a comprehensive safety package add-on. Plus some minor changes such folding rear seats, LEDs, revised infotainment is always a welcome. Kudos

The price is actually quite attractive spec wise if compared to other competitor brands starting with the letter "T". But, if you consider reliability and after sales services, "T" wins this race a heap miles away.

In Indonesia we don’t get the sensing. heck the wheels difference is only that it’s darker plus a little touch up here and there and they still slap a +RM 10k price tag anyway. Not to mention our civic is not that great to begin with. We don’t get parking sensor at all!! not even on the back, no dual zone climate control either, the speedometer is shamefully basic with monochrome calculator display that is taken straight out of their other cheaper car, rear spoiler? Asking to much. It cost RM 160.500
