I dont think people get why we keep the superdome and not just build a new billion dollar satdium every 10 to 20 years like everybody else does. This stadium is one of the most recognizable and popular stadium in nfl. It has hosted a large portion of 10 super bowls in new orleans. It was one of the marvels of architecture in the 70s and is the last remaining open relic of this era of stadiums. If they got rid of this stadium. It would make every saints fan extremely mad. The saints also dont really have enough money to build a new stadium anyways and even if they did, they would have so much backlash they would fold. It reqlly would be a dick move and would send them out of business
