i think Overwatch 2 is more focused on the Story Mode, that's what you would be getting Overwatch 2 for, and the reworked multiplayer mode is a nice bonus.

As a person who has never played overwatch, I can still certainly say this is the one shooter I can't understand just by watching.

Basically six (or five people) now fight until an objective is completed. The objective varies but there's always a sort of progress bar, and you have to complete it first while stopping them. You use your abilities to kill or hinder them, and protect and heal your allies and yourself. Tanks are big brawly and are protective, the two fighters just try to kill and deal damage, while the two supports use utility and heal.

It’s basically just an overhaul with major improvements nobody is considerably op anymore, visually the game looks amazing, sound wise every single weapon got an overhaul and sounds much better an smoother. OW2 is really the PVE that releases soon. You also get this game for free is you own OW1.

@@PastPositive yea i guess the people paying for the game are people who already like overwatch, so the story missions will interest them. if it wasn't free if you already owned ow1 would be kinda outrageous, so i like how they give it for free. but as someone who doesnt actively play overwatch (i have abt 24-48 hrs) $60 seems a bit much to me cuz i got it on disc, i think that means i dont 'own' it. anyway thank you for your insight

If the queue algorithm does not get better, Ow2 will still be a deadgame just with a new coffin. With 6 slots each team still can't even solve the queue problem, now in Ow2 we only have 1 tanker/team => Not only the dps has to wait a long time for the game now but also the tanker does.

Fun video all in all, the differences feel really good but there definitely needs to be balance changes and more features that need to apply to certain characters. To make them all feel on par with the completely reworked ones or the new character. Honestly I'm exited for this game so I'll be looking out for what happens next.

Gonna be honest, this could've just been a big content update for Overwatch. I get it's just a beta but 3 years for one new character, graphical update, a bunch of balance changes, and a few new maps isn't a lot.

it is a beta, they dont show the real game, they're just searching for bugs and testing maps there is a lot of new skins that arent being shown, there is at least 5 others heroes ready to come, a lot of others maps, the PVE (which is the real Ow2, Ow2 isnt about the multiplayer at 100%) and the beta is most likely going to change again to balance the game for the release this is disapointing when u've been waiting for so long but fortunately that's not the only progress they made !

I agree. They basically just made a new character. I’m happy for his ult but otherwise he’s just entirely different. Haven’t gotten to play it yet, but I just don’t like those kinds of changes. I mean, they considerably changed the game. Bastion thrived with a lot of shields to hide behind so his immobility wasn't too vulnerable. Now, there's only 1 tank and shields are generally less useful. I think if they kept him the same, he would've really sucked.
