You got one that works I got a 2023 kraken home the next day took it back after trying to start it 3 times gas ran out the intake next day it started but had a slight miss on full throttle and flashing a red flashing 2 flashes pause 2 more flashes they said it's a code 22 bad throttle body the dealer gave us a nother new one WOW what a great dealer we were suprised going to pick it up today they said it's working ok hope it will for 3-5 winters before a e. f. I. Problem we will stay with this dealer they are 100% the best if you need anything they have it

Thank you for the video . You really shown the machine up close. I will be getting mine next week. It has arrived. I have been waiting since last year and they had to cancelled all the orders because of a production issues. Now mine has arrived and it will be delivered next week from my dealer. That will be an awesome machine.

I got the Kraken after 1 year also had to wait it's a nice blower hope they get the e.f.i. working good it had problems when I tried to start it no snow here yet it's coming

@@chucklindley452 Sorry to hear you had problems with the EFI. This is my second Ariens with EFI and i never had problems with my other one. My Kraken so far it starts like a charm. We should be getting snow in about another month or so. What problem did you have? Not starting ? Did you just got it?

@@rejeanpoirier6047 the other new one runs good hope it keeps going and they have the problems fixed with the new models the Stihl 500 I chain saw i have is E.F.I no problems it replaced my 39 year old 056 Stihl saw can't get parts for it that was my favorite saw take care

That's an incredible snowblower, love the lighting especially the auger housing forward facing array. One thing Ariens should improve upon it the drift cutters, they should be easily retractable so they can be deployed quickly without fussing with the thumb screw fasteners. Otherwise this machine is perfection.

LEDs bar at the front ... :) :) :) I would destroy it in seconds !!! The brush. My blower swalloed it and turn it into pieces because those brush holder clips become loose after some time. Aside that, I prefer that blower over the Hond 13/32 by far.

does anyone know the difference between the Kraken and the Mountaineering besides the Kraken costing more and the lights ?

The Kraken has an actuator to electronically change the track modes with the push of a button. The Mountaineering has a manual trigger that you must squeeze and lift or push down on the handles to change track modes. The Mountaineering has 2 lights: one on the front of the dash and a small one on the housing, while the Kraken has 4: one on the front of the dash, a light bar on the housing, one on the discharge chute, and one underneath the dash that illuminates by your feet. The Kraken also has an on/off switch for the lights, while the Mountaineering does not.
