I first have to say I love this channel. I purchased these and wanted to give my feedback. I only have my Galaxy Buds+ to compare them to and do understand they are cheap but thought they would be great anyway. I was looking for something that was waterproof and a pair that I didn't have to worry about. I felt they were very cheap feeling and the case wasn't made well. I had to forcefully click open the case because it was rubbing, so there are some bad quality control issues. The final straw was the latency issue when using it with a brand new Galaxy S20. I couldn't watch any videos because the lip sync was very bad, I returned them within 2 days. I then bought Fiil T1X and absolutely love the sound quality. They have much more bass than my Buds+ and have a great sound signature. The only draw back which I can live with is the button operations. They are a bit odd. Otherwise I reach for them more than my Buds+.
@EPA184 жыл бұрын
Thank you for this comment. I was considering adding these to my collection, since I can now get them, with a code, for only $25, however, I won't, in light of what you've written. Like you, I also have the Galaxy Buds + and the Fill T1X, and like both of them. I find that the Galaxy Buds + has advantages for day-to-day use, such as ambient sound, spotify, adjustable earbud controls - and the sound is good. The Fiil T1X definitely has great sound, perhaps better than the Galaxy Buds + but my main problem with them was that, with the largest tips, the seal is so good that I can't hear anything going on around me, and sometimes I need to. I can't speak with others, and keep the Fiil T1X in my ears - but I could turn on the ambient mics on the Galaxy Buds +. I like how, for incoming calls, the Galaxy Buds + announces who's calling. Overall, I think the Galaxy Buds + is better as a daily earbud, while Fiil T1X is better for private music listening, when you have the ability to zone out the rest of the world.

I think these finally help me understand what you prefer in a Wireless Earbud when it comes to sound. That's hard to say with 100% confidence because I EQ music to my tastes which are elevated sub-bass, a gentle reduction of the mid-range with dip between 500hz and 1k, then a rise and peak between 4-8k. Not really a V not really a U, more like a curvy road sign laid horizontally. But I still think I can tell even with a global EQ that these provide very interesting depth of sound. They're not wide to me. They sound very digital and there's an audible hiss at high volume although it doesn't seem noticeable when music is playing. To me the depth of the bass and its separation from the high end makes these sound pretty unique. The vocals are in the foreground and the bass is in the background. The bass is full, deep, relatively responsive from what I've sampled, but it sounds further away than the vocals. I kinda like that about them however at the same time I'm worried about the hissing. I don't know that these are for everyone. I think the FiiL T1x sounds better, fuller, less bluetooth-digital-audio-y. But these sound unique in just how deep the bass sounds and well that depth pairs with the vocals I'm hearing. I'm setting up a separate EQ for these because the mids seem thin enough already. I think they sound better than the EarFuns and the Votomys and they probably sound better (to me) than JLabs stuff as their wireless stuff sounds overly dynamic and uncontrolled for my tastes. The sound of the Sifi II is the opposite of full or wide. I don't know, can a sound signature be narrow? They have a sort of ANC-vibe to them without the vocals sounding sunken or underwater. The seal/fit is some of the most effective passive noise canceling I've experienced. Probably a combination of their form factor and the tips I'm using. I think the price for these is fine, I think the form factor is comfortable, light, I really like the case as well. One thing I hate is the tips it comes with which are probably the worst selection I've seen included in a headset. There are 3 pairs that are just way too shallow and way too small to do anything that would even remotely provide comfort or seal. I'm using a pair of SpinFit 360s instead. If you order these, be sure you have replacement TWS eartips ready. Connectivity seems to be fine but haven't tested distance or reliability (just received them). The Votomys tend to drop connection so I'm replacing those with these. It's funny because I think if you could combine the sound of these with the Votomy you'd have an absolutely standout TWS that was both wide and deep. The SiFi II form factor is superior to the Votomy's imo as well. Interesting headset. I really like the placement of the vocals and how they're the feature. I like that I can tune the sub-bass to go very deep (90s hip-hop head so 👍). The volume seems fine, I don't necessarily want them louder. Fuller in all ranges maybe, but not louder. So buyer beware I guess lol. I'm on the fence about returning these. Sourcing them from my gaming laptop I do not like the way they sound. They sound much better on my phone (s10). Seems like the extra power is a problem for them. I don't think these are bad by any means but I also wouldn't recommend these unless you know your tastes and you have access to a global EQ on your phone. If you want a can't miss -> Fill T1x all day every day. I think they're more comfortable than the Fiils though. They're one of the most comfortable, seal-friendly TWS I've used. Medium hard sell on all fronts. 😉.

Thanks for the nice review! I received a pair yesterday, but unfortunately I've run into a problem with these. When I used them yesterday they worked properly, but when I tried to use them today, the buds wouldn't pair to one another. Either of them show up as a separate entry on my iPhone's Bluetooth settings, so I can use either the left or the right one, but not both. I've spent about 1,5 hours trying anything I could think of, with the help of the manual. On an Amazon support thread I've encountered multiple people who'd run into the same problem. And although there have been multiple people answering these questions, none of the suggestions fixed my issue. It's a real bummer as I really enjoyed the sound quality, their weight, the touch controls, etc. The only miniscule downside I've found was that when I put my trusted foam tips on these, they didn't fit in the charging box anymore. And although the foam tips truly change the sound quality for the better, I can't really blame Bomaker for this. I'm gonna try to get in touch with Bomeister tomorrow to see if there's a sollution, but as there's so many people who've encountered the same issue, I don't have high hopes :S
@joshoogervorst4 жыл бұрын
So I contacted Bomaker support last night (friday) around 22:00h (10 pm) and I already had a reply from them around noon today. The tone of the email was very friendly and apologetic. It included a detailed written manual aswell as a video they made showing the procedure step by step. After following the steps in the video, I managed to fix the issue. I'm absolutely positively suprised by their quick response and their effort towards ensuring my problem would be fixed. Truth be told, I didn't have high hopes I would be able to fix this issue, but it has and there's a lot of companies who could learn something from the interaction I've had with Bomaker support. Hopefully these SiFi II's will continue working properly, as I like pretty much everything about it. Now the only thing I need is for Spotify to update their EQ so the highest frequency thingy actually adjusts the even higher frequencies aswell :)

ItzDanny YT okay so for the price it’s not bad here are my opinions using it for about a month. Pros: No interruptions when switching from one earbud to another, sound cancelling is fair but if you blast the music you can’t hear a thing, waterproof so I use them in the shower, small and convenient, pretty comfortable I can wear these everyday and not notice them, true wireless is amazing I can control everything by just tapping them, bass is alright (AirPods have a more noticeable bass), full volume is definitely loud and nothing to complain about/// Cons: I feel like the charge runs out a bit quicker than I would prefer ( don’t get me wrong they will last on battery but I’m used to having earbuds that would last me weeks on a single charge these would maybe go 4-5 days if I’m being generous), bass could be better, last week I had a problem where both ear buds would connect but only one of them would play music but it tells you how to fix that issue on Amazon, pauses videos or music when I’m showering due to the touch feature when water hits it////

I just got mine because of all the praise and tried them out, but I just can't get them to pair with each other. They will always connect one at a time and I can't believe there is not a single person on the internet that had the same problem. The manual says how to reset but that doesn't work as described. I just always see "Sifi II" and "Sifi II" in my bluetooth devices (yes, two times the same name) and it's the mono option for each bud. They work just fine in mono mode, but when I try to pair them in stereo, they simply won't.

@@davidthomas2873 Thanks for the answer... I finally got it. Though it was nowhere near the manual's description. You can keep the V22s in you ears all day with no discomfort what so ever. However these cause such a discomfort even hurts when they aren't in my ears and only after 5 days of on and off use. They also have a hissing sound when in high volume that is rather annoying. What I like about the SIFI IIs is that they pair super quickly and effortlessly which is not the case for the V22s. Could you please recommend a pair just like the V22s that has a less bulky case and that pairs as quickly as the SIFIs? Looking forward for your reply

You, too, can expect these earbuds to fall out, which has been my experience. My ear canals get sweaty after 30 minutes of wearing these earbuds. I have had them fall out while I was sitting still on my couch and listening to podcasts. I have tried each of the other sets of replacement tips with similar results. This is my biggest gripe with these Bomaker earbuds, followed by the touch controls because, when the earbuds begin falling out of my ears, I have to push them back in and, of course, the touch sensors pause my playback. So annoying. But it got worse an hour ago. The double-tap on the left earbud is supposed to decrease the volume, while a double-tap on the right earbud is supposed to increase the volume...or, at least, that is how they are supposed to work. Well, not so much. I have been trying to increase the volume for the past hour or so, but with no success. Adjusting the volume controls on my brand new smartphone do nothing to affect the volume of the earbuds themselves, which work independently from the phone, apparently.. I have only been using the earbuds on and off for a few days and I absolutely HATE them and feel I have wasted my money purchasing them. I will say that the battery life on these is quite good. I have used them for periods of, maybe, five or six hours, to listen to podcasts before needing to replace them in the charging and storage case. Oh, and speaking about the case, another irritating aspect of these earbuds is the incredible difficulty I have experienced in attempting to remove them from the case. There is no easy, simple way to lift the earbuds from the case because of how they are shaped. Buy them and you will understand what I mean. Terrible design overall. The sound is pretty good, by the way, but not better than a cheap $4 set of wired earbuds from Wal-Mart.

What do you think about Tranya T10 comparing it to this one in the video?

Will there be a video on the SkullCandy Indy Evo? I just purchased them and so far they’re great! Touch controls work, ambient mode is nice, and they’re not too expensive. I’m curious to see what you would think about them.

98% of the reviews you see are from the old version, they kept the old reviews in the new product

Will these play all music audio through one earbud? Not just the left/right channel?

I guess some people are happy with touch controls, but they're almost deal-breakers for me. I hate not being able to touch my ear buds without triggering some command. I'd much rather tactile buttons any day.

Owned a pair of Soundpeats dual drivers, didn't have app to adjust or boost it. Can you recommend apps that help on Android volume/tone?

I am having trouble with my new sifi 2 bomaker buds-mostly with the touch portion. I can't get the right one to be volume up and down, and others, etc. I've also tried a reset???? Is there a video or site other then the manual to watch that will walk through how to use them rather than a review of them?

Would you recommend these or the Pixel Buds 2? I have an Android phone so I could take full advantage of all the features of the Pixel Buds and having an app would be nice. But I have heard people are having some problems with them not isolating much sound and letting sound leak out, plus having some fit issues when working out. Also they are alot of money compared to what I could get in the Sifi 2.
