Something interesting that WG could do for this ship is giving it a unique reload booster. Having a standard reload reduction of 50% with a short action time of 10 seconds, but a short cooldown time of 40 seconds. It really seems to want to be a skirmisher, so giving it this burst of dpm would help equalize the engagements that Eskimo would normally lose.

This ship model is broken. In the 3 battles I faced it, it took almost no damage. I hit it 30 times with HE from akizuki and did almost 0 damage in one match.

Why would anyone take this over cossack, no smoke or hydro, same torps basically, this will just get smashed by any decent DD player
