@@LWRoad very similar actually. Light, multi-tool and spare mags. Behind the upper pouch I have a spare AICS mag. Lower pouch has the medkit and on the side goes a tourniquet.

Got one too, just ordered a 4 pack of MP2 inserts from Haley strategic. I hate shock cord retention took them off

Just the 4, it’s not a go to war rig, it’s more of a patrol or recce role, like the intent is to break contact instead of engage and destroy. If I needed to carry more I’d probably just pack a bandolier or 2 in my backpack.
