What I love is that the chain attaches on the inside to the sides of the bag, not just to the flap. That will help so much with the way the bag feels when you open it on your shoulder, and will help the flap keep its shape! Gorgeous bag!

My Loulou came from the same MyTheresia store in Germany. Luckily I live only 2 h away 😀 and I got it overnight . The boxes are yellow 💛😀 now .. the size is triffic in medium. The Leather just yummy. Best buy ever!

I would definitely exchange it. Unless the dimples fade. I don’t accept less than perfection with my bags. I also prefer when companies ship them with the actual designer box. That’s just me though. Gorgeous bag nonetheless. I was looking at this in the toy size. Love how puffy it is :) I ended up getting the Tods Micro Gommino in Black Mink Fur, a mini Miu Miu backpack and my boyfriend got me the Alexander McQueen Box Bag in Black Croc embossing. Those were my first luxury purchases of 2018!

Even if she purchased it from Nordstrom, it wouldn’t have come with YSL packaging. That’s the “problem” with department store’s online orders. It is wonderful to have a department store carry such wonderful brands (they have Gucci too), and if you have the chance to earn points that convert to cash or get $$$ off because of a promo code, that won’t happen at the boutique. I would rather save some good money vs a box or bag I won’t use again, even though I am a sucker for packaging too.
