Your comments welcome, but I think this is very promising: they go beautifully and sound wonderful to my ear. The acoustics are a little bit mushy in the ringing chamber at the moment, but over the next six months the strike notes should sharpen up as the clappers bed in. We're off to a pretty good start, and hopefully there will be great things to come.

We have known to disagree on lots of topics Martin but I strongly agree with your comment here. This person ‘Nikos Podas’ is a fake account. According to Vince May, ‘he’ has commented on loads of lift and fog horn videos which the well known account faker Harry McAndrew does. McAndrew’s latest of about 23 fake accounts (I have a list which I made a while ago to give to the police as he was making sexual predatory comments towards various young bell ringers), Lilly Louise, showcases obsessive videos of lifts and playlists of fog horns and sirens. This therefore incriminates this ‘Nikos Podas’ and shows that ‘he’ is a fake account. If you want more proof just ask and I’ll happily show you.

Oh, I am well aware that it's a (another) fake account, just as I am of various others, many of which seem to be perpetrated by barely literate people. Hell, many of them are probably the same barely literate person. What I don't really get is why they do it. My own philosophy, as you know, is if someone has got something to say, then just say it without hiding behind a fake account!
