It has really been a joy watching you progress over time and become better and better. I love it that you aren't embarrassed to admit your mistakes, and what you learned from them. In my opinion, that is the best part of watching your channel. This machine is the culmination of countless hours of R&D on your part, and it's awesome. Just needs a few tweaks to be really great. Keep it up, and never let anyone's criticism discourage you.

Love the build, here’s some advice: 1. Motorcycle sport bike engines are designed to rev extremely high, their powerband is in the 8,000 RPM+ range. They have like 300 degree + duration cams so below 7,000 they barely produce any power. If needed you can change your gear ratios to compensate for the high revving nature of these engines. 2. Having issues with the transmission slipping out of gear can be helped by using non-synthetic oil (synthetic is more slippery) and if that does not help then take a look at the shift star and spring. They are relatively easy to get to and replace; slipping out of gear means a worn shift star or spring. If you replace both and still have issues using a stronger spring will help it stay in gear. Best of luck!

I think I'm seeing the front brake hoses stretch tight whenever the wheel drops all the way to bottom of travel. If that is what really is happening, you should install longer hoses. Otherwise the hose or banjo bolts could fail from the stress. And make for a bad day! At least it's worth checking to be sure. But can on that's an awesome build!

Second gear in an auto manual transmission is usually the one that takes the worts punishment. It’s directly underneath 1st and is where a lot of the power is being directed to. I have a rzr and it’s rewarding when I fab things for it. Your reward must be amazing making a complete vehicle from scratch. Wonderful build love it. Or a larger diameter steering wheel for more leverage make your own be cool.

Really good job that took a pretty good beating out there and it held up amazingly well the only thing I saw that might become a problem is the rear chain drive. Those chains are out there in the open I think they need to have guards put on them just in case and if you do put them on they should be made pretty substantial so that you don't have them into the chains you are trying to protect.

Looking at the Road Buggy going through the trail, you choice of suspension is spot on. The combination of trailing rear eliminates body roll and the A arm ( wish bone ) front allows for radical suspension travel. Hope that you can sort out the transmission issue.

Obvious your turning radius isn't close to the other trail vehicles. And part of that is because of the length of the frame. There is a compromise with anything you build. Closer turning radius the shorter the frame has to be. But then you have other issues with a shorter frame. So trade offs are always part of any design... It is all part of what you want.

Sweet buggy, It has a MEAN-looking stance. You need some suspension limiters or slower negative rebound so it will ride flatter in turns, you look like you're on the verge of rolling it every bump turn. Put some like the Can-Am or RzR and you would have a better handling buggy. If you ain't doing serious rock crawling there is no reason to have so much negative droop, lol.

Check to see if there's uneven wear inside the transmission, or if there's uneven load (put an indicator on moving parts after you've put the vehicle on stocks so you can run it) maybe that's where the popping out of gear's from, since i assume you've triple checked the entire outer assembly.

Great looking Buggy. I didn't know you lived near Brown Mtn NC.. I'm near Cherryville NC and love what you're building. The buggy looks like it rides better than most side by sides. Have you ever thought about building and selling these buggies? If so let me be one of the first to order one. Have fun and be safe and Thanks for the videos and entertainment.
