I am only running the machine as fast as I can swap parts. I needed to get these parts out the door so I just clamped the pallets on top of the vises and went with it, not ideal! Both the clamps and vises are trying to bow the fixtures. Now that the pallets stay on the table I will be using pneumatic clamping to speed it up, when time permits. Tailstocks and driver plates for the 4ths are next.
The slower feed rate on the first 2 parts with the first tool on OP1 I think is caused by Fusion 360 sketch geometry. The first part is projected lines from the solid, then patterned for the other 7 parts. For some reason, it doesn't like the projected lines and a point. The code looks good to me but I haven't done the math to see if it is correct. Perhaps coded endpoints are off by .0001", I have seen Fusion do that before.
