Interesting! Good analysis. At 7:04, this mimics a 4-2-3-1 with wide and high full-backs. I'd argue this would be best implemented not initially in the build-up, but in the latter stages before transitioning to the progress and penetrate phase of play. Reason being, you might as well set-up with the 4-2-3-1 rather than a 3-5-2. Think initially if the CB is involved deep when build-up play is occurring, this allows them to find space between the oppoisition's forward and midfield line to receive off the other CB's/WB's, almost acting as a deep lying CDM. What are your thoughts on this?
