I've been holding my breath since the grands when you did that interview letting it slip you were going pro. As a lot of others have said, that was a really impressive first outing. Kudos! Now everyone is really fast, I’m not sure how they do it? I’d say you did pretty good, not sure how you would train to be faster? Strong legs maybe weight training and such , plyometrics . Lots of sprint work?

I agree. I would say to always improve your skill and comfort on the bike. Focusing on bike control is very important in my opinion.
