First production run of DIY canning line

This is the first production run of our in-house built can filler. Next step is to incorporate automatic can topper, can seamer and labeling machine. Our goal is to build a low cost, modular canning line that can be operated with minimal effort and manpower. Each component can be used separately ( filler, seamer and labeler ), or used as a fully automated system.

Just wanna ask, even it is an old video, after you fill the can with your beer with CO2, can the pressure and gas maintained when you move it to the sealing machine? Thanks.

Hey it's amazing, nice work. Could you help me, with the information of which brand/model/type of electrovalve for the beer flow are you using? I'm having troubles in that stage, some electrovalves generate turbulence and foam.

This is exactly what i want to build for my nano brewery here in the UK, are you using capacitance sensors to read the fill level through the foam? I guess this is a mega with some gas solenoids for the pneumatics and then 2 more for the CO2 and fill? Will you build these to sell on, or if not publish any plans / code to help others build a similar one? Great to see it can be done i'm a bit behind you have most of the parts now but haven't started coding mine.
