what up bro, yo ive been watching your vids. as i watch you ride and shift this new r1 know this. you dont need to shift it as much as your doing. it loves high rpm, you can literally be in 1st gear at 80 mph and it wont hurt the bike. on regular streets you dont need to even touch 3 4 5 or 6th gear. Be safe out there on that beast of machine🤙🏾

Take your time with the new ride! Buy the best gear you can afford and don't worry how others want you to ride. Your R1 will survive how you're using it, no worries. Isn't that first pull a shocker?!?! Your exhaust is loud as hell but sounds great!!! I would recommend opening up those clips ons a bit since the previous owner must have been a roll racer, seems way to narrow not just lopsided. Opening them up will add some comfort to daily riding and give you more leverage for turning. Be safe broheim!

One more thing to work on. This may be on purpose cause you don’t wanna feel the full power though. You can rev this bike way higher. 100 mph can be had in second gear. it’ll probably take a little longer to get used to revving it out but just in case you didn’t know!

U should shift at about 6500rpms and up with a quick shifter. That gear box is going to need service soon 😬

That's like my 250r it runs but when I took it to mechanic was told I need a chain tensioner fix and valve adjustment, there's a ticking sound tbat comes in an d out at times

Cheerzzz for the Big Bike buddy, an awesome machine BUT I am really sorry to say, you made a totally shitty decision, WHY?? Cause you are not able enough for that bike, and even for ZX4RR you are still inexperienced, when you could have got all the experience from that Little Rocket and modify it also to get meaner as engine Power, looks whatever, than you could have gone for this beast, and please at least buy some proper gear now, no hard feelings man, it is just cause we care,everybody can drag race on a straight road it is when things get complicated when we get to know we F***ed up 😅😀

Ditto. When I saw that he got the R1, I knew he would struggle. (I fear for his safety too) Even on the ZX4RR, his cornering and braking skills were nonexistent. Maybe he felt pressured to get the R1, in order to keep up with some of the other riders he meets up with or to not deal with the negative comments regarding the 4RR being slow in comparison. In reality, the ZX4RR was the better bike for his skill level.
