The director's intention was to shoot in an open warehouse so he could capture the natural light during the day and then the flames at night. It was a very cold day, and even colder after the sun went down, and they couldn't wear their coats when the cameras were rolling, so the only time they were warm was when the flames were on. But if you like Wagaki Band check out BAND-MAID's April Fool's Day persona, BAND-MIAKO. They mix that own brand of Hard Rock with Japanese Traditional Music. Unfortunately, they only have two OMVs. One is a take of on the BAND-MAID song, 'Secret My Lips', called 'Secret Maiko Lips', and the other is an original BAND-MAIKO song. Both are excellent!

Alan, it is good to watch your reactions and hear your comments on Band-Maid Shambles. This song is amazing but that is not surprising considering the Maids. Thank you. I hate to suggest a different group when Band-Maid is on deck (baseball reference is a hat tip to Saiki). But I suggest looking take a look at Sokoninaru - Tenohira De Odoru it will be an experience - even for us old guys. Stay well.

I don't watch anime but I read that this one is about big corporations using robots to battle each other...can you get more Japanese? Seems Miku brings humanity to it 😁 There's a video of them smashing this live on a TV program, with clips of the anime as backdrop. On a TV station that prefers artists to come and mime...they did it properly and rocked that audience big time. Maid Rock is more varied than you might think...I suggest the 'About Us' official live. From a covid streamed concert, it is a love letter to the fans how they miss the live interaction and can't wait to meet up again. Absolutely beautiful 👌❤🤘🤘🤘

There are many great groups in Japan, including "Baby Metal". “Band Maid” Kanami has composed over 130 songs, all of which are wonderful. She is also said to be a genius. Miku, who plays the side guitar, writes all the lyrics. “Akane” on drums and “Misa” on bass are amazing technicians as you can see. Think of anime this way (this is how I view it): it’s just a normal show that have themes or scenes that are difficult to relay in a real life direction, hence just drawing it. Since most of the shows originate from comic books/strips, sometimes the technology needs to catch up.

I hear reactors complaining about lyric translation, but it's important to keep in mind what a monumental task it is to translate from Japanese to English, especially things with a lot of idiomatic content, like lyrics. However, even though the results can be frustrating, we have seen amazing progress in just the last two years. It will be interesting to see how far things advance with the explosion of AI technologies.
