@@hawk1093 death metal can be devised from the style of drumming....Chris never played over the top blast beats in any of his songs. They play a thin line between metalcore and groove metal.

@@BhomiaG Chris Adler = no blast beats... ok dawg are you just trolling or what? You can't be serious right now. The genre of the band is not derived soley based on their drumming style first of all, and LoG is a Death metal band due to look, style, lyrical content, as well as musical composition. Metalcore is borderline emo metal and groove metal is Pantera... they are neither.
