It’s really not too big, I have mine sitting where my countertop intersects with my small eating bar! It’s worth every penny and I’ve tried all the Cosori air fryers their all great but this is next level.

In the UK you can instruct it through Alexa to do whatever, and it will, but you have to go to the air fryer and physically press the start button; it’s a health and safety thing.

It's a sensible thing, otherwise you'll have people setting off their air fryers while away and coming home to a pile of ashes.

I bought the 5.8 quart a year ago from Cosori, and like it a lot!! I saw this new one on Amazon, but I opted to get Cosori's new smokeless indoor grill, which is really nice too! Great review, thank you for posting :)

Well, the hose will you grab it with your fingers are supposed to be going up and down not left and right that’s the manufacturers instructions

I'm deciding to get a cosori air fryer but I can't choose between the cosori 5.8-quart turbo 2 air fryer(wifi-black) and the cosori 6.8-quart air fryer(wifi dark grey) the one you have. I just want to know if it's worth spending an extra 20-30 dollars on the one you have.

Have you watched my review on the 5.8 qt? It was essentially the same with without the wifi. After a certain time of use, I had issues with the handle. I replaced it maybe 3 or 4 times within 2 years under warranty. I know others have had the same issues. This design, as I mention, doesn't have that moving piece and internal basket so I expect this to last quite a while with no issues. How is the smoke with this air fryer when you cook bacon or any other meats that drip a lot? Do you have any smoke coming out of the fryer and perhaps smoking up the house?

preheat is not a options when you have heat element in the buttom of the airfryer

No, it was the correct way. The bottom has little feed and rubber stoppers which are on the bottom of the tray. I didn't show it, but if you slow down starting at 4:25, when I start putting it in, you can see what I'm talking about.

Preheat function probably should be removed from all newer air fryers anyway. Tons of videos show that there is very little difference between preheating and not preheating. Since this air fryer has dual heating elements that probably is the reason why no preheat is necessary. Also each oven will vary on its cooking time. Unfortunately air fryers are not a set it and forget it type of device. Always a learning curve for you individual device.

With preheat, I think it depends on the food cooked. I haven't done any actual experiments, but when I cook chicken thighs it definitely takes a while vs if I preheat it, it takes a little less time. I definitely agree with there always being a learning curve!

I doubt it. It's designed to be put on countertops so you shouldn't have a problem!

So all upgrades that I see: -Larger size -Wifi (my previous one did not have but I know they make other models with wifi) -Cooks from top and bottom so should eliminate the need to flip and toss foods. This also opens up more possibilities for foods...made some awesome french toast I'll be posting a video on within the next day or two. -Maybe quieter? -Redesigned basket and handle to minimize things to break as well as more possibilities for different foods. I'd recommend this model if you want something that will last past warranty (hopefully, at least mechanically) and gives you flexibility. There is only one basket. Instead of having an interior basket, there is the grate you can put in and take out. For cleaning, you just wash the whole basket, it’s just like other air fryers in that sense

You DO NOT need to preheat this device!!!!!!!!! Your chicken breasts are very thick that time is not for that kind of thickness. You need to compensate based on the size of the chicken. Obviously you are not a real chef because this pertains to the oven also. But do not tell people you need to preheat this device because you are spreading false information. That is absolutely not true.

Ummm, I think you need to take some of your own medicine. I have this device, and I can't think of ANY situation where pre-heating hasn't improved the final result. Doesn't mean you NEED to reheat it, but there are plenty of situations with certain foods where even this benefits, especially if you cook without the crisper tray,

That still looked raw. That dual glaze thing is not working! It needed to cook just like a regular air fryer and flip it unless someone likes to eat semi - raw meat!

And I too have filmed food on camera before, when it 'appears' red or undercooked, although it's actually perfectly done... So I'm very happy to accept @Air Fry Everything knows what he's saying. 😃👍
