I'm looking to get a bike I'm 5'1 and in between the kx100 and crf150rb. However people are predicting I will bottom out quite a bit since I weigh 130.. Or should I get a 250 and shave the seat down and get a upgraded linkage - that should lower the bike about 4 inches.. To the same height as the 150 and 100

How the fuck do you have those body dimensions? ( I'm not insulting you but it's hard for me to see this because I'm 5'10 and 145) but don't go 250 I'm substantially taller than you and I'm not to short but it's pretty close if I were you I would go for a Kawasaki 110L or a 140L I have trouble with your dimensions but a stiff spring will fix the bottoming out. You could go for a tt125 or any 125 for that matter because they are versatile and there are many upgrades and you can pick one up for cheap and get a pipe raise the compression and you can keep up with 250s ( to some extent) I hope I helped 😛

chad Reed I'm 5'5 and I ride an 08 yamaha yz 450 I can only put one foot to the ground, but other than that I'm fine, I did shaved the seat not to much, and I could put both feet down, it's not the height that matters but your inseam

Help me people. I am needing a two things but can only get one. A newer-used soccer mom minivan or a 2015 KX250F. I never get enough me-time! My significant other has a SUV but with our 3 kids, dog and sports practice gear, there is barely enough room to transport comfortably. Should I be selfish and get the bike for me or help out with the family transportation issues? The oldest one will be driving within the year on her own. HELP people....!
