My only wish is it came upgraded with the ec4p ready to do 45+. But I’m guessing the legalities of speed comes to play. They could have always added a wire to cut for speed boost like the other bikes do.

Hopefully they can get the price down, because the pro of this bike is the ability to mod it! It’s gonna be able to fit the motors that mototec and bomb moto can’t without modification. Also I’m curious, will the brake set from ride or die fit on these forks with no modification?

I think it’s a great bike to mod as well. It has all the right qualities. Price is a tough one for a lot of people. I havnt tried any of the R&D parts on it yet but I will.

How fast could a 48v mx650 go with the ec4p motor?

Depends on the battery amp output and gearing and controller settings 💪 typically a 48v system gets you to 30 mph maybe a touch more.

Sorry to Double comment but Voltron I need your opinion based on trying both bikes I’m stuck between this Pro Spec and the EBOX 2.0 I know it’s 48v vs 60v but it seems the stock top end speed is close to the same .

A rim lock is a good idea with big power so the rim won't spin or running low pressure.

I want to keep my motor on the cooler side. e&c suggest 1:9.6 for a 12 inch, i assume thats the rim size, a ten tooth and 96 tooth seems extreme.
