finally what you have been waiting for! the first ride! i make a few passes on the 232 at half throttle then 3/4 throttle and find out its super rich and breaking up. cant wait to dial it in and let her rip! REMEMBER THIS IS A SCOOTER for the critics out there.

Mine is running like a stock 50 cc on a half tank of diesel! I don't know what it is! It's 81cc ported head, cam exhaust, all the usual goodies! I'm thinking it had crankcase venting issues, because it started a intermittent smoke screen, I don't think the 8k-8500 is revving high enough to make power,( 20shot that's going to send it to the scrapyard! ) But I have a bbk with big valve head, ported, I'm building a complete stroker, engine, so the rotating Assembly will be ballanced, and not have that vibration like when you just throwing a big bore kit on, the 52.4mm kit isn't as cheap as the others, especially with the head, plus the time porting it! Matching a intake and spacer, plus it has a pop-up piston! And I have a little nos kit just in case! With the valve springs, and titanium retainers, it should spin over 11k easily, I haven't spun the 81cc over 9300, it being a 3year old engine, I don't want to kill it! But I'm going to eventually do a 150 swap with bbk,

@@konardkonrado7755 not Honda, but uses a Honda designed engine, from the early 80's, basically a chinease scooter, sold under many names, but I have got my 81cc running decent, I'm over 300lbs, and it does 45mph easily, a 150, or 150with a big bore kit, will run much better, they can be as large as 232cc with the gy6-B engine, and about 190-205cc with the gy6-A engine more common, the best thing about these is they are cheap, until you start buying the top line performance parts,

I tried looking but I can't find carbon fiber rims for scooters, just figured if you aren't gonna stop upgrading, that would help with taking weight off, plus the foam in your seat u can probly change to some kinda open cell padding 👍 Love that thing by the way, someday I'll upgrade, I'm just small time for now lol

Will do. 2 strokes are fast I will never take that away from them. They have a lot of pickup. The only thing I noticed is the 4 strokes can typically get the top end mph. I had a 205 as well it was pretty quick but this one has some heat to it lol. I’ll check it out

It’s not needed for the drag scooters. You have over 1/8 of the track left to slow down. If it was made for the street then yes I’d put a rear disc kit on it for sure.

Yeah the air cooled are probably not the best daily drivers. There is a water cooled 232 that may be a better bet. You don’t have to cut the case anymore unless you are trying to save money. They make cases specifically for the 232 now.
