I been natural for a year now and I straighten my hair 5 days ago. I use heat protection & serum while having the flat iron on 450 degrees twice this week would I have heat damage

I personally recommend going to a professional that specializes in natural hair care. A few times should be ok but I wouldn’t risk it because it only takes one time to cause heat damage.
