As big fan of colored seat belts on a 911, because your interior color, I think black would be the way to go. It gives good contrast to the interior color plus it goes with the other colors in your interior, like your dash and steering wheel. I wouldn’t be surprised if your leak is power steering fluid.

I had the biggest smile on my face watching the 997 kick to life and your excitement had me on the edge of my seat. Can't believe that was an empty frame only a short time ago! Killing it bro! Also I'm digging the O11 myself. I do see where people have been coming from with the T22 but its got too much brown in it for me. Now if you had an option for an actually grey belt I think that could be cool. Chalk grey anyway. I chose O11 because I think it would be a neat reference to the original color the frame was and orange calipers would be amazing against the color the body will be. It may not be the greatest color with the interior but it would be one of those personal touches that we the viewers knowing the car was once orange and yourself would enjoy. Be a great story to add to the rebuilt tale haha.

Congrats on getting the engine to run, and chasing down the electrical gremlins. As for the seat belts…probably not the answer you want, but Black is an accent color to all of that Terra Cotta (leather, carpet, trim). The oranges don’t match or compliment, and the yellow clashes. I’ve used Safety Restore on my wife’s Cayman - we did hot pink on an all black interior with Arctic Silver exterior and color matched the calipers to the belts. It does look good…but I’m not sure Terra cotta or orange calipers would look right on a Porsche. If you wanted to do red, consider the deeper red “R6”, or the black with small red accents stripes on the both outer edges.

I still like the black with the orange edge accent, but I can’t tell if the accent on the sample is orange or red).
