Why is مَبْسُوطتانِ a mudhakkar? What if the تا was a ة and became تا while changing to dual? How to recognise it?

@@AlQalamInstitute oh okay, I didn't notice properly. When changing to dual, tha marbootha changes to tha maftooha. How to recognise a dual word is actually muannath or mudhakkar?

Hairun Nafeela there is no tanween and also there is an alif and noon at the end meaning it is dual
