I am amazed by this!! I am in 11th grade and was just given the solo clarinet in this piece and needed to actually hear someone else play it, thank you so much!

@@THEJUSTIN302 I watched your live-stream. I really loved that Midway March piece. Where did you find the 1st Clarinet part link to that song? I couldn't find it anywhere. I would love to play the easier parts to that piece.

Thank you. I played this my senior year of high school for Nysmma and could not for the life of me remember what it was called. My clarinet was stolen two years after I graduated so I haven't played in years but recently got a crap student instrument because I missed it so much........I needed to remember approximately what I used to be able to do to motivate myself. 15 years not picking up your instrument will throw you right back to beginner. Although just finished playing for the first time and it feels like a piece of my soul clicked back into place and I am flying through the standard of excellence I certainly don't remember finishing twenty pages my first lesson.

Thank you very much! I'm so glad you liked my video! Dang I'm sorry about your instrument getting stolen, but I'm glad you picked it up again and are thriving! Nostalgia is powerful isn't it! I really appreciate you sharing your story and enjoying my video :D

Hey, i dont know if you'll see this, but in the beginning when there are 16th notes with jumps at A. Do you have any tips on how to play those smoothly
@THEJUSTIN3024 жыл бұрын
I would start by playing the first two notes from the run slowly getting it under your fingers, then adding another note, repeating the phrase as many times as possible until it's "impossible to ply it wrong" lol. Then keep up the process until you can play all the runs effortlessly. hope this helps and thank you for watching :D
