You can’t knock Jalen because he has a good GM that creates a team that isn’t one dimensional. His GM does his job well. That’s not Jalen’s fault. Jalen does exactly what’s needed to win. He could do more if needed it’s just not needed all the time and he’s shown that time and time again. If anything he deserves more respect for swallowing his pride and letting a RB lead. A lot of QBs would rather inflate their passing numbers and lose rather than let someone else shine and win.

What it’s boils down to is the media and Unc especially don’t like the way Jalen Hurts wins. It’s not the style of QB that they like and you can see it all in their faces. Unc always want to bring up the money but it has been proven far too often that the offense doesn’t look the same without him in it. That’s what the money is paying for Unc. The media is just going to have to get over the QB model is changing. Get over it. There is not a throw Jalen can’t make. Jalen needs to get the ball out quicker but that’s about it.
