This is BS, they act like the Commanders been losing by 30 the past 3 weeks.. they legit had a shot to win the game the last 3 weeks and the main reason we are on the losing skid is the offense is stalling.. we need to be more creative about how we move the ball down the field.. teams have picked up the scheme.. I want to preface this by saying that I am not a Jerry Jones supporter. I am very irritated with him on his decisions the last few years. However, I also strive to be objective and fair. With that being said, people like Shannon keep saying Jerry doesn't empower their coaches. People tend to believe it without proof because it seems like it would be true, but is it really? The proof Shannon keeps using is Jerry bringing in TO during the days of Parcells. But is that really a situation of him not empowering the coach, or a GM doing GM work? If the coach isnt the gm, he does not control the players that are signed. Actual insiders like Mike Fisher say that Jerry actually gives the coaches a lot of latitude. Not one thing of Jerry affecting coaching has ever been reported. However, he can rightfully be criticized for being a distraction to the team, or contracts he signed or his approach to free agents
