Quick review and test of the latest addition to my gardening fleet- the STIHL RM443-T
Find out how I got on cutting some long grass and what I think to it.

Good video. I purchased the Stihl RM 650T a few months ago. I'm highly impressed with it. An underrated lawnmower relative to Weibang, Honda, etc.

Great review mate nice machine i prefer the Briggs classic engine on a mower myself they are bullet proof and very easy to work on and service 👍👍👍👍

Thank you mate, yeah you’re right the older Briggs engines are a good motor, had many over the years, they run forever if you look after them. Cheers bud 👍🏻👍🏻😎

Looks like a really nice machine. I'm actually looking for a quality but lightweight lawnmower for my customers who have small, tricky gardens or the ones where I have to lift a mower up multiple steps. Would you recommend the RM443 T? Does the engine have plenty of power?

Hello, thank you for commenting. Yes I would definitely recommend this mower for that as it’s exactly what I bought this one for. I used it also in the wet last week for the first time and to be fair to it, it did well. Hope that helps All the best JP 😎

Hi JP, nice machine and a great review, i used to use aspen fuel but had to order it online as nobody around me sold it and it was getting to expensive, lady come to me wanting the blade sharpened on her mower as she said it was leaving grass cuttings behind, it wasn't the blade causing it problem was the grass bag net was choked up and not allowing air to get through so a good pressure washing and she was back up and running 👍

@@tinkeringtaylor3053 Hi mate, ah yes I do like to use good fuels, I was always taught that fresh oil and quality fuel are key to longevity.. first impressions is it’s another good machine from Stihl, can’t fault it so far. Good tip re the grass box, I noticed the fins had clogged a little just cutting this small lawn so good to keep an eye on it. Many thanks for commenting mate, All the best JP

Just come across your channel and as your not that far away from me (relatively speaking) I thought I'd subscribe as well. Nice mower, 16" is a touch small for my needs. I much prefer an 18" for smaller lawns and 22" for the bigger ones. But each to there own. I think when my / if my trustee 18" Izy dies I might look at a stihl. I like the plastic deck, the plastic box and the weight saving.

Looks like that’s actually the old version. The new RM 443 T has the mono handlebar and mulching is activated with a switch on top of the deck rather than with a mulching plug.

Hi mate, yeah I said at the start of the video that this one has been on the market for a while, but the reason I bought it was because I already have the Stihl RM4 RT mulcher which I’ve shown in a couple of my previous vids so just wanted another conventional mower and didn’t need the mulching option 😎 Also wanted the poly deck and new grass box so it ticked some boxes 😊 I really cant believe the weight difference between that and my other ‘non roller’ mowers.. will hopefully save this old back of mine a bit 😂 Thanks for watching All the best pal JP

@@JP_livingthedream sounds good. I’ve just ordered the RM 448 T and it was the poly deck that swung it for me to be honest. Nice video 👍

Amazing machine, very lightweight! The only big downside for me as you said, only one speed setting 😢 probably no go for me😢😢😢 Very sad,cuz new models with only one handlebar looks like a trash to me, probably would fail a lot. Thanks for the video!

I wonder if anyone can help me I have just bought a 2024 rm44.3 v and on number 3 on cutter setting doesn't seem to cut low enough and if you put it on number 2 it just digs into grass and just leaves circles I hope someone can help me
